If you are experiencing any other Internet access problems, please email support@aic.net.au.   You may also like to view our Internet Glossary to familiarise yourself with some common terms used on the Internet. Additional technical support is available by ringing (02) 9544 8851 (24 hour service).   Technical support calls to this number are limited to a maximum of 30 minutes per call and are charged as follows:
Field Support If you are having difficulties and would like someone to attend your premises to install your internet access and show you how to use it, the fee is $110 minimum.   During the field support, if your computer has any hardware problems requiring parts and/or labour, this will incur an additional charge.
